Max joined Presario Ventures as an Analyst in May 2022. He has since served a cross-functional role within the company where he performs underwriting, due diligence, market research, data analytics, and asset management.
Prior to joining Presario, Max served as an FP&A analyst at ResProp Management, where he assisted the company in doubling its portfolio of assets under management while leading the financial planning and revenue management for ResProp’s Texas portfolio.
Originally from Miami Beach, FL, Max graduated from the University of Florida in 2020 where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Finance, followed by a Master of Real Estate degree from UF in 2021.
