Senior Director of Investments

Allyson serves as the Senior Director of Investments for Presario Ventures and is directly responsible for leading all aspects of investment management including deal sourcing and execution, asset management, and capital raising.

Since 2012, Allyson has led or been integrally involved in more than 25 transactions, totaling $600M in assets and the acquisition of ~1,500 units. Allyson’s expertise includes deal sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, closing, and business plan execution.  Allyson joined Presario Ventures in 2017, and over that time, has completed over $350M of transactions through the acquisition, disposition, and private equity investment of direct and joint-venture ground-up developments throughout Texas and the Southwestern U.S.

Prior to joining Presario Ventures, Allyson was an Acquisitions Associate at Presidium, a vertically integrated investment company, specializing in the acquisition, rehabilitation, and the repositioning of multifamily assets across the state of Texas. Allyson began her real estate career as an Analyst at RPM Living (fka F&B Capital.)

Allyson is based out of Austin, Texas, is married with two young children and graduated with a BGS from Texas State University.
